Chinese, Indian, Arabic, Mexican, Greek, Sri Lankan, Vietnamese and even one French recipe that look SO DELICIOUS, and will be amazing to cook. I love well put together international thematic recipe books like this. Beautifully designed, amazing work in digging into the culinary world to find these fantastic and diverse recipes, and so many of them to boot! Must have taken awhile for the author to make such a perfect compilation but I am so thankful they did. AMAZING cookbook, thanks!
