Reason and rationality doesn't mean anything to these people. So I liked that quote. The court system doesn't work when they can't hear a thing you say due to "Western law". The poverty of comprehension is real real. It's really like dealing with a charging bear. Being rational, which is what the court exists for, isn't going to work. The bear is just going to use the court for more bear violence. That's essentially Putin and Jinping's relationship to the court system. They don't get it and just use it as a weapon. They view it as a "Western law". It's just "Western law" it has no bearing on them. It's the new "white man's law". The ironic joke is half of them want to be white and when push comes to shove, both Russians and Chinese like to fancy themselves as white when they're on some "white man's law" crap with this "Western law" poverty of comprehension.
At least the indigenous like being indigenous and don't claim they're white when given the opportunity. At least they enforce the nonreality of borders by travelling across them as "white man's law". That's beautiful in its own way. This crap wants to be white when push comes to shove but then the way they use the court as a weapon with a poverty of comprehension of it as a method of peace using the stops of analytical reason is lost on them. They just use it to beat the person up again as an example completely missing the point of the court system altogether. They really view it as some sort of fist fight. This is not what a court is for, the poverty of comprehension is just profound. People see a caveman with fancy words just beating people up with the court system with everyone like, "Yeah, there was 0 justice in that case" and holding it in one star contempt and they're still on the "Western law" thing. Just "white man's law" it. And stop wanting to be white. 80% of Russians and Chinese when pushed want to be treated as white then are on some "white man's law" bs with the courts. Decide. Please check people basically understand what a court system is before taking on a legal career. It's not a high vocabulary "fight fight fight" moment. It is actually meant to boil the issue down to its core factors to resolve similar cases sustainably so they don't happen again or happen less violently or aggressively, and that is the literal meaning of what justice is. Intelligent, lasting, well though out analysis of the situation that creates peace and increased sensemaking in the population.
Pretty much THE sign you're violently violating the sensemaking of the population is one star. You are not generating justice. You are just generating trauma at witnessing injustice.
I have sympathy for the white man's law thing, I really do. If you're native, cross a border without giving a sh*t at white man's law using your tribal license or whatever. Wish I could do that. That's praxis to me man. That's solid anarchism. They don't want to be white.
I like a good court, I really do, but these days in the collapsing intelligence hellscape they're rarer and rarer to come by, especially if it's just these Chinese and Russian butcherings of it like Snohomish has become. You tell me that reversal was Zelenskyy trying to prove he wasn't still struggling with recovering communist residue, that said everything for everyone that he was. Then I'd rather just have the indigenous response.
