Goodreads Doesn't Have It, Data Migration: Women Who Work, Rewriting the Rules for Success
To start I didn't know that Norway required 40% women on all boards. That she aspires to that puts her up with Trudeau who has pushed for and succeeded in creating and securing a 50% political representation for women in Canadian government. She's a huge advocate for equal pay and amazing to reveal the failure to sufficiently fund venture capital for women is a disability of conservatism that then wonders why its women leaders are removed. Way too underfunded at the starting stage.
She's nothing like her Dad. What is true of Ivanka and the credit towards Ivanka should go towards Ivanka, not towards her father. Her father is a gross trashbag that humiliates her and has values pretty much the opposite of everything in this book. She clearly knows a leader should feel safe. Meanwhile he's literally been labelled a domestic terrorist along with his followers. How is she his daughter when he doesn't listen to that extreme of a degree? She is way more competent than her father.
Only thing that was weird was the Bill Gates mention. It's fine to work with Ivanka, but we all know there's no working with Ivanka without Donald Trump trying to interrupt it and make it about him and take credit for it like an actual parasite when he has the opposite level of competence and ability than his daughter. Therefore if Gates is working with Ivanka, you can be sure he's working with Donald Trump. There is so much more increasing evidence every day the Gates is clandestine Trumping. What Ivanka does is usually despite her father; he has no right to keep trying to interrupt and infiltrate and make it about him first. People like that are so disgusting. She is that way despite him. He can't deliver those values like her. Not for one second.
It's pure misogynist vanity that he thinks he's competitive to his daughter. He's not. I actually really like her, but I know for sure that he’s probably interrupting everything and ruining everything for her while delivering noncompetitive opposite values that collapse not construct. They’re disgusting like that. I know what that’s like.
Only things I didn't like
staying on the treadmill just to stay on longer than someone else to one up "it's only natural to feel competitive". Sometimes it's not natural at all, and there's something wrong with the person. The treadmill line gives me "there's something wrong with this person being competitive for its own sake and being mentally ill about it" vibes.
Otherwise this is a fantastic book written by a very competent person. She is nothing like her father. I don't understand how he continues to screw up with the opposite. We can't afford people thinking associatively anymore with Ivanka Trump = Donald Trump because they have the same name.
She's great, she encourages putting relationship management first where they are worthy, she is clear that you need to find the right spouse that loves you at your most powerful. How can she say this when this guy destroys women, the complete opposite of this? It blows my mind. He must've not have read his own daughter's book.

Exactly what I'm doing. You have to say no to people that aren't competent enough to value you properly. You have a responsibility to say no to them permanently. You don't want the door to economic abuse open; you want it closed forever.
While America thinks in sloppy associatively that Ivanka Trump = Donald Trump, it makes sense why their president is a sloppy associative thinker just like the average majority of the people who don't pay attention to detail, don't do their own research, and don't take the time to understand the clear differences between one thing and another just sloppily and lazily trying to treat things sort of alike like the others. While the majority thinks sloppily like that, it makes sense he's the president. Literally thinking so disordered and sloppy it's considered the grounds for mental disability on the 25th and Trump is eligible to be removed for the 25th due to disabled, disorderly thinking unbefitting a president. It's fine to have sloppy, incomplete thoughts but not to have sloppy, associative thinking and to be the president.
I want Ivanka to know you have a right to say no to your father, you have a right to stop him when he makes a comment and say, "Don't EVER say that to me again. You are DISGUSTING for that. Do not disrespect me like that again." I highly recommend cutting parents that gross and disrespectful off using the court system whenever possible.Their retaliatory rage fits just go to show further proof of how unfit they are and were. I don't get how she retains her principle quality being surrounded by that human nightmare.
